At 29, I quit my marketing job in London, trained at the UK’s top culinary school, and went on to cook in some of Europe’s most acclaimed Michelin-starred kitchens, in London and Stockholm.

I now live in Turku, Finland with my wife, two kids, and dog. The Recovering Line Cook is my bestselling Substack newsletter of essays, recipes, and stories from a life lived in Finland, London and Sweden. Today, it has over 4,500 subscribers and counting.
